Honda Classic – Player Ownership and Lineup Analysis for the Draftkings PGA 200K Birdie
Below you will find the ownership percentages and lineup analysis for the Draftkings 200k PGA Birdie Contest.
The lineup analysis shows the frequency with which each player was included in a lineup versus all other players, and the missed cut/withdraw counts for each lineup a player was included in.
For example, this week Robert Allenby was selected in 162 different lineups. Following across Appleby’s row, out of the 162 total lineups in which he was chosen, 21 paired Appleby with Stuart Appleby, 0 paired Allenby with Blayne Barber, etc.
Draftkings offered 3 players this week that withdrew prior to the start of the tournament, Brian Gay, J.J. Henry, and Webb Simpson. Those players were included in 39, 65, and 1016 lineups respectively. So approximately 1.5% of the lineups start out as a 5 out of 6; one poor soul had both Gay and Henry in a lineup.
The second worksheet provides the information in terms of percentages instead of counts.
Clicking on the bottom right most section of the embedded worksheet will take you to a full sized version at which you will see the worksheet tabs for both the counts and the percentage versions.
While this data is specific to the stated Draftkings contest, you can use it as a rough guide for other Draftkings’ PGA contests this week, but obviously the counts would differ.
We will be providing this information throughout the season, so please check back from week to week if you find it useful.
Also, if you have any questions or comments we would love to hear from you.
